Refund & Returns Policy – Tail & Tribe

We want you and your pup to love every Tail & Tribe box!

Due to the nature of pet consumables, we cannot accept returns on opened treats or used toys unless they are defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.

Subscription cancellations must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming box.

Tail & Tribe is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
