Refund & Returns Policy – Tail & Tribe

We want you and your pup to love every Tail & Tribe box!

  • Due to the nature of pet consumables, we cannot accept returns on opened treats or used toys unless they are defective.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.

  • Subscription cancellations must be done before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming box.

  • Tail & Tribe is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
